The benefits of this system include:<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Adhering to social distancing advice and reducing your travelling<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Improving the convenience of the appointment as you will be able to arrange it yourself online for the most suitable time<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Increasing the comfort as you will be at home during the consultation<\/span><\/p>\n \u00b7 Enhancing the cost effectiveness of the appointment for you<\/span><\/p>\n Upon the receipt of your referral from your dentist, we shall contact you to confirm this and will send you a welcome pack, which includes important documents and information, and guide you on how to access the calendar to book your eConsultation. You can also find the link on our website\u2019s contact section.<\/p>\n The online appointment self-booking is only for patients who have been referred by their dentists and require a consultation prior to their treatment. You will receive a confirmation from us with a link to access the Online Consultation room at a specified date and time chosen by you.<\/p>\n We are around to guide you through the process. This may be the first time you have used an online consultation and may have questions about it before the event. Please do not hesitate to contact us and share your thoughts and questions. Please remember, you will require suitable internet access and adequate privacy during your consultation.
